The final game of the regular season approaches. The Senior team welcome the undefeated Portsmouth Dreadnoughts to St Albans this Sunday. The Dreadnoughts sit above the Cheetahs atop the division courtesy of a win at their home ground in a game that the Cheetahs were winning at half-time.
The Cheetahs will know that a win is paramount to setting themselves up in the best possible spot for the impending playoffs, which both sides have already qualified for. Higher seeding could result in more home games which will go down well for players and fans alike.
There is also pride at stake. Hertfordshire have failed to beat Portsmouth in their last three meetings, but this time they want to leave no doubt who the best side in the division is.
